When I first graduated from Nutrition and Dietetics at University there were the old school weight loss programs like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig as well as a few fitness influences blowing up on social media. Most people believe that its their own fault when a weight loss program doesn’t work. 

That it’s because of a lack of motivation or willpower. The truth is it’s the program, not you. 

Thinking you can stick to a regime for the rest of your life is setting up for failure. Even though you may lose weight while following a plan, it will come back again once you stop (which is only a matter of time).

Weight loss is the only industry in the world that sells a faulty product and blames the consumer for it.
